Impact abrasions (terminal fall) indication that a person was standing up and then went down. Person is unconscious and not even able to put arms in front to brace fall to prevent impacting the ground: whatever hit first is the impact . Topics in forensic pathology: myocardial ischemia, arrhythmias, and sudden death can occur during/immediately after exercise. Cardio function is regulated by the nervous system. Stimulation causes increase in heart rate that forces myocardial contractions and blood pressure. Sudden death is also seen immediately after cessation. Both norepinephrine and epinephrine increase, but norepinephrine increases more sharply: starvation death from starvation is relatively rare in america. For the most part, they occur as a result of child abuse or fasting. Food is grouped into three general categories carbohydrates, fats, and proteins. Tissues prefer to use carbs for energy. Carbs are stores in the body (glycogen in live and muscle/glucose in the blood).
