Shows the overall balance of the horse structurally: how the animal looks, muscling, physical beauty. Balance: from top to bottom, from end to end, should have a straight top line, and correct angling of the hip and shoulder. Structural correctness: front view, side view, rear view, contributes to physical attractiveness and athleticism. Muscle: chest, forearm, stifle, gaskin, quantity. The degree of muscling should be appropriate for the breed: quality of muscling. Tracking: evaluated when the horse is moving, should be free in the shoulder, should move straight when viewed from behind, a track is ideal when the legs are parallel. Avoid tracks that are toed in, toed out, and paddling (extremely wide chest where the legs swing out) Quality and refinement: sex and breed characteristics, head. Short length from the eyes to muzzle. The site of pain must be located via: visual inspection, manipulation, pressure, checking for swelling, heat, pulse strength. Visual inspection: severe pain: three legged lame .
