Germany claimed to be a state that didn"t discriminate but jews couldn"t vote. Bouer"s analysis (following hager) actively follows christianity which is why they actively discriminate against jews. The solution and the problem are both seen at the state. you make it secular to fix it. (2) marx looks at this issue and sees a problem. He gives you the case and point in the us. This is a secular state but i dare you to show me a more religious state. (3) we can eliminate property qualifications to vote at the state level. Everybody"s got one vote here in the united states but marx says nah, man you"d need to be delusional because the rich can influence elections via money being donated: marx"s encounter with ludwig feuerbach leads to transformation.
