Families in france are not too different from families in north america. They have a rising divorce rate and so do we, and they incorporate pets into their families like we do. I think that it is different how late their children stay at home because typically americans tend to move out young. It is different that the majority of people there have children before getting married. North american families are getting married later, but it is still very frowned upon to have a baby before marrying someone. I thought pacs was interesting because it could be an alternative to marriage. I am not sure if i completely understood it, but it seemed to be a legal union without marriage. I come from a very large family and my parents are still together. I think that my family life is very different than what i read. My parents married very young and have five children.
