Advantages: larger hiring pool brings new, fresh ideas and skills, expands organization. 2: longer on-boarding/orientation/training period, negative reactions from internal applicants, criteria affecting recruitment sources, quantity of labor, quality of labor, availability of sources, past experience with sources, budget constraints, evaluating recruitment sources. Yield ratio > the higher the ratio, the more efficient the source.
