At entrance we were handed out the lab manuals including all pertinent information for the lab. Remember to buy lab notebook for next class. Today there was no experiment but there will be next week. For this course we will have 2 professors: dr. forrest, dr. hor, objective, reference. Pg numbers of the experiment on the lab manual: preparatory questions. Included in lab manual: pre-lab procedure flowchart or outline, sample calculations or analysis flowchart or outline. For the first experiment all groups will conduct the same experiment having to do with measurement error. Following that, groups are assigned experiments by their group number. The experiments each group will conduct are included in the laboratory schedule included in the lab manual as well as the website. There will be 6 experiments per group. Each experiment"s lab report is worth 10% adding up to 60% They are individual reports as well as the notebooks.
