Not clear if there"s a powerful inmate code in existence today in the highest super security maximum prisons. Super security maximum prisons frequently use solitary confinement. Solitary confinement for a long period of time causes personality change. In super max or warehouse prisons, rehabilitation is irrelevant. Shelden gives descriptions of horrible conditions, lawsuits, reports, Youth development center in tn run by children services have reports of sexual abuse to male students by the female staff.
