This documentary does not only show recipe and process of making kimchi, but it shows thee heritage about the culture where she also holds on to her cultural heritage by volunteering to teach korean as a second language. The director, samuel kiehoon lee, started the documentary very well. No one knew what is kimchi which makes us so excited to know what is kimchi, how to make it, and how it tastes. It realizes audience how many cultural traditions ate there that they don"t anything about it. For example, everyone knows it is a tradition to eat with sticks in china.
