ICT 390 Lecture Notes - Lecture 1: Summative Assessment, Instructional Design
Document Summary
Dick and carey model: all about the relationships between educational content, context, learning behavior, and instructional technique. Components such as the instructor, learners, materials, instructional activities, delivery system, and learning and performance environments interact with each other and work together to bring about the desired learner outcomes . Clarify your goals and objectives so that the learner is aware of what they will be able to accomplish when they complete the e-learning course. Determine what your learners already know and what they don"t know so that you can figure out how to fill the learning gap. Analysis examples could include: surveys, learning assessments, interviews, etc. Determine your learner"s behavior, traits, personal preferences, and motivation factors by conducting research on your audience. Develop performance objectives that clearly describe the task that must be mastered. Performance objectives must include the specific conditions in which the task or skill will be carried out.
