Nirvana in old sense goes away and only buddhahood as goal. All buddhas are basically the same - immeasurable lifetime, teach same, do same. Vajraccadika = perfection of wisdom that cuts like a thunder bolt = diamond sutra. Give all of these in different, combined forms. Most famous line: form is emptiness, emptiness is form. The ignorance that keeps us in samsara does not merely extend to our perception of who we are. We believe things have something in them that makes them what/who they are. An object depends on the conscious that perceives it. Things do not have existence independent of our perception of them. Emptiness = lack of 3 types of dependent origination. Great challenge of emptiness = things can be completely devoid of a quality but because of social meaning/symbol there is meaning. For whom emptiness is impossible, nothing is possible. Ultimate nature of a thing = lack of projected meaning.
