May not realize the limits of the effects of his tweets. How influential a tweet can be, not as much a he may think. Hard to expect him to win over the public with the nation so divided, his popularity so low, and the republican party divided. Seems to still be using campaign strategies as president by always identifying an enemy. Whole idea of going public is to have unfiltered communication with the public, rather than having the critical press filter their messages. Going around congress when they need to get legislation passed. Something a president can do independently and unilaterally without the legislative process. What is the difference between an executive order and a regulation. Executive order is aimed at the government but regulation is aimed at entities outside the government. Executive order can be reversed by next president, can"t just nullify a regulation, it must go through same rulemaking process to reverse it.
