I chose to watch the lush cosmetics from undercover boss: canada. I believe that employees should be enthusiastic about the brand that they are selling, as it creates more of a productive environment on all levels. However, i believe bosses should also share that same passion, even though they do not work on the sales floor. They are creating the ultimate brand that will be portrayed on shelves or on a rack, and it is apparent that even someone like a boss can relate back to the roots of that company. At first glance, the show itself portrays a corporate world who is willing to learn about even the basic entry-level positions that are available within their company. Many store managers/employees never even learn who their regional manager is, who the ceo of the company they"re working for is, etc.
