Help to manage emotions: getting support from peers as a new teacher. Central propositions: people will be more likely to perform a specific behavior if the social response t it is positive. And less likely to engage in the behavior if the social response to it is negative or neutral: implication. You can shape behavior depending on how you respond to it.
