P must give back more or b will go bankrupt - structural imperative requires labor produces more than they"re receiving in wages - surplus value. Cannot be sustained leads to inequality and crisis. The harder p works, the bigger the gap becomes. Wages must keep up with inflation - real wage lag. Mutual recognition between two individuals in asymmetrical relation of power.
