Live life in a way that is compatible for everyone. Can"t ethically treat a person as a means. When you build relationship[s with each other, you began to have extra obligations to them. Equal consideration of interests might mean to place more attention to those with more interests. Virtue ethicists reject the idea the morality is the idea of creating a single, unified ideal of morality. Morality depends on a complex amount of features. Reject thinking of things in terms of moral status.
