Style and comprehension: grammatically correct sentence structure. No distortion in meaning: accuracy and completeness of information, organization, visual design, correctness and consistency. Allow it to reinforce your writing so that it will be useful to your readers. Not everyone understands or has the same level of understanding on a certain subject. Includes appropriate punctuation, using same verb tense, etc. Encourages correct interpretation of what you are trying to say without confusion. Both are common in english and are a great guide as to how to structure your sentences. Use positive constructions so as to not confuse your reader.
