Document Summary
Three factors that influence stress and complicate its study: stress is what you experience when you are acted upon by a stressor. You can feel rushes of anxiety and fear as a result of this stress: stressors: different factors that contribute to a person getting stressed out. They are basically adjective demands in your body in which no two people will respond in the same way. When this happens and a person realizes their heart is beating rapidly, they start to panic which then results in a panic attack/disorder. For cognitive theory, there is a thing called a panic cycle, it begins with bodily sensations such as anger or a rising heartbeat. Then you start viewing those feelings as catastrophic" and you being fearing the sensations in your body. Next is the perceived threat which is a trigger in what may start to trigger a person"s panic attack.
