Chromatin shows slow dynamics as though it has a form of molecular memory so red chromatin initially in condensate stays tgt over some time scale. Cells showing other wt ph with fluorescent tags -> forms condennsates in nucleus that depend on sam. When there"s mini ph in cells -> never forms condensates at all. Occasionally there may be strange large condensates and it"s always a single condensate. Single protein doesn"t recapitualte full protein despite having sam domain. We rid of most of protein, so what is important for condensat reformation must be in that region.
