Generous open space, buildings on or near the water, agreeable city, a place where life can be enjoyed, contrast between high rises and low rises, Tidiness, nice openings, on the water, buildings are differentiated, individuality, Places to meet and observe: street furniture, places to sit, privacy, noise control, urban furniture, islands of rest and comfort in an otherwise busy environment, street art, color in an otherwise gray area.
