We live in cyberspace (e. g social networking, on-line shopping, online avatars) Advisory councils were set up to represent key constituencies: families; residents; restaurants, small businesses, retailers; arts; education; tourism: financial service firms; professional firms; commuters; transportation; and development. Citizens felt thrilled to participate, but 2/3 worried their ideas/interests would be ignored.
