Without these problems, they would not rape: victim precipitation theory: you did/wore something you shouldn"t have. Blaming self: feminist theory: rape & the threat of rape are tools our society employs to keep women in their place, physically, socially, and emotionally, sociological theory: rape is an expression of power imbalances. When men feel disempowered, rape incidents go up.
