Develops character, learn sportsmanship, builds disciple/work ethic, improves social skills. Sports does not do this, not automatically. Potential to provide the benefit if designed to do so. Commitment to something bigger than yourself (team, league, etc) Come together with people in a physical interaction (community aspect)
