The attorney general"s report (1986: reports, not cases, isolated a type of porn that is demeaning to women, cruel, violent to women. Some porn could be characterized as harmless, we don"t want to say that about all. There may be a certain class of porn, which may reinforce negative attitudes toward women, and may result in harming them: two conflicting studies. Maybe we got more raunchier/violent porn now: one suggests we may have censorship, other sees no reason.
