Ways of perceiving and responding to targeted stressors. Biopsychosocial - don"t neglect the three levels of analysis. All elements have reciprocal relationships functioning and overall levels of stress and stress management. Coping = anything you do to manage or reduce your stress. Neither form of coping is better than the other. When you can"t change the thing causing the problem change how you deal with it.
