Legal power and issues: avoid making assumptions about clients" situations, help clients see situations from perspective of others and anticipate legal processes, create transparency around the unequal power by dynamic between social working and clients. Clients know whether they are voluntary, involuntary, or mandated most of the time. Mandated someone is requiring them to be there. Involuntary someone who isn"t required to be there but don"t have achoice. Client anger and skills for working with anger issues.
