Implicit association test measures an individual"s relative strength of association between pairs of concepts. Reaction time is the key to measuring the associations, it"s measured on a computer in milliseconds: biological measures. Master"s and johnson pioneered the measurement of sexual response. Genital measures of sexual response asses arousal by using devices to measure erections in males and vaginal changes in females. In males, penile plethysmography is used, a flexible loop is placed around the penis that measures changes in volume. In females, a vaginal plethysmography is used, to optically measure blood flow to the vagina.
