Future employers are looking for an active internally motivated and well-rounded individuals when they google your name, become involved in activities that relate to your major. Framing decisions matter and one way to impress potential employers is to strategically showcase your ability to communicate in a professional manner, and appropriate work place skills. Soft skills: written and oral communication, teamwork, and workplace social skills. Business school graduates should have technical and functional knowledge. Its easier to teach someone hard skills, than to communicate and to behave appropriately in a professional environment. People really stand out if they articulate, if they can actually write sentences and get them presented properly. Written communication: email, text, memos: all of these are permanent. Recipient is forced to make assumption about tone or unclear messages, which is not the case with face to face communication.
