Act 2: the objective journer and struggle/the kinetic. Act 3: climax and conclusion/the philisophical act: the climax happens when dorothy reveals herself as michael, michael talks to julie and starts to fix their relationship, closing with a shot of the two walking down the sidewalk together. Comedy: the pain of people that we feel superior too. The worse it is, the more we love it. It"s not true comedy if the line that determines people laughing vs people getting angry isn"t thin. Arc: a development of something over a period of time. Comic discrepancy (qui pro quo): something goes into the place of something else in a metaphorical sense.
