No person shall be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy. A civil case has already been tried and cannot be tried again. In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the state. Done secretly, only the juries and the prosecutor. State has burden of proof beyond a reasonable doubt.
