For decades, iuds are the most common method in many peer countries and decades (france) Lng iuds: reduced (or eliminates) menstrual bleeding. Sex life is neutral or positive affect from this method. Socially disadvantaged folks were coerced and/or encouraged to use iuds. It had little spikes on it that embedded into the uterus and the rope was multi fibered and was a wick for pathogens :( Infertility- a female assigned person"s inability to conceive and carry pregnancy to term. And a male assigned person"s inability to impregnate. About 14% of all us couples will experience an infertility problem at some point in their lives. Fertile, hetero, cis couple trying to conceive. About 20% will conceive in the first cycle. 85% will get pregnant in the first year. There is no concern unless a year has passed with trying that they are not pregnant yet. Sterility is something that prevents them from conceiving absolutely.
