Employer based health care system (majority of the populaion) Employer based health care= employer pays into your health insurance (started of as an incenive) Medicaid/ other public/ uninsured is the second largest. U. s. residents receive about 50% of care that is recommended. By 2005, average family premium will equal median income. This means 50% of americans will spend every dollar they make on health insurance policy. Even those with coverage oten lack access to certain services. Many with private insurance lack coverage for basic services like mental health, substance abuse, and dental care.
