At what point does lacking humility in trying to seek. Lewis makes some good points and some strong analogies between christians seeking heaven and the school boy studying greek. I think he is correct that by eventually working through the immediate goals we eventually come to realize the greatest goal of all. I think this accurately relates the connection between the human desire for heaven and then those that actually work towards and achieve life everlasting. Lewis suggests that we should desire things for their natural reward, such as love for the reward of marriage, and not for those things that have unnatural connection, such as marriage for the sake of money.
