Document Summary

These are all based off of a 4x8 sheet of plywood. Rigid platforms have solid frames and a fixed top. A platform built with a 2x4 with a panel top. It is fairly heave and slightly awkward in height. A platform built with 1 x 5 with a ply wood is lighter and stronger than the 2x4 platform. Beneath the plywood tip is a layer of sound deafening material, on top is padding to soften the clump of feet and that is covered with canvas which is glued down to sides: sound deafening material-plywood- The all-plywood platform: the name is a bit deceptive because the inside supports for the top are 1x6 but the framework is all plywood. It is fairyl light, strong and not complicated to build. Ply is good, however with care, can be used. Circular platforms: the circular platform can be made up of stock platforms and b shallow arcs.
