Children with adhd often daydream, squirm, talk a lot, take unnecessary risk, trouble taking turns and difficulty getting along with peers due the lack of control over their emotions and getting easily frustrating with others. According to cdc cdc scientists found that, as of 2016, 6. 1 million children aged 2-17 years living in the u. s. had been diagnosed with attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (adhd). 62% were taking medication for their adhd, which translates to 1 out of 20 children in the usa. 47% of american children who has been diagnosed with adhd had received any behavioral treatment. And around 64% of these diagnosed children also deals with other mental or behavioral disorder. Adhd has 3 different presentation, inattentive, hyperactive and mix of both inattentive and hyperactive.
