Please help me for the isolation from Gram-Negative Bacteria(Allare Rod shaped)
My unknown Bateria (which is gram-negative/rod) will be one offollowing bacterias (totall nine)
(E. Coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Psedomonas aeruginosa, Shigellaflexneri, Salmonella typhimurium, Citrobacter freundii,Enterobacter aerogenes, Alcaligenes faecalis, Serratia marcescens)-again, these are all gram-negative & Rods
Help me how to test them, and which tests will be used to find myunknown.
