By breaking the food with non-chemical way, mechanical digestion occurs.

By acting the chewing in the mouth mechanical digestion formed. Chewing performed with teeth. The food is entered in the mouth by the usage of tongue and mixing of food is done with cheeks. When the tongue go back swallowing of food occur. Peristalsis throw the food toward the stomach. Now stomach digest the food and escape the nutrient from the food by allowing the waste to move toward the small and large intestine, where it will comes out of the body.
