The MGC (medical and genetic counseling) was contacted by the couple about the prognosis of the offspring. There is one child in the family. The child in the hospital after birth revealed multiple malformations: microphthalmia (reduction in the size of the eyeball), microcephaly (reduction in the size of the brain skull), cleft upper lip (cleft lip) and hard palate (cleft palate), excess skin on the neck, polydactyly.

 - What disease can be assumed in a child?

 - What is the prognosis for the next child?
