The value of cot pi 2 is zero.

The cosine function can easily be understood by using the unit circle. A unit circle is one which has a unit radius. For a given angle θ, you can draw a unit circle on a coordinate plane. If you draw the angle θ, one side will lie along x-axis and the other side will lie along y-axis and a right-angled triangle will be formed with “1” as its hypotenuse.

All the angles are in degrees. The angles in degrees can be converted to the equivalent angles in radians by multiplying the angle in degrees by 180/π.
