Hence formula mass of

 

= average atomic mass of hydrogen + average atomic mass of nitrogen + 2 x average atomic mass of oxygen

Atomic mass of Nitrogen = 14.007 g/mol

Atomic mass of Oxygen = 16.00 g/mol
