Answered on Aug 24 2019
The Type A and Type B personality hypothesis describe two different personality types. According to this hypothesis, Type A personalities are more competitive, highly-organized, ambitious, impatient, highly aware of time management, and aggressive while Type B personalities are more relaxed, less neurotic, less frantic, and ‘explainable.’ People with Type B personality are noted to live at lower stress levels, typically work steadily, and enjoy achievement. However, they have a greater tendency to disregard physical or mental stress when they do not achieve. When faced with competition, they may focus less on winning or losing, and more on enjoying the game, regardless of the result.
