Abolishes knights templar in 1312, eliminating his debt to the templar. King shouldn"t be telling a pope what to do (but he obviously was successful) Clergy is intermixed with secular world, but aren"t supposed to be taxed or governed. If you want to share how the country is run they had to pay for their land as well. Pope boniface put forth clericos laicos (free from taxation)
