Tragedy od the commons- genert propsed privatizing land could be a solution to prevent overfarming. Water wa sconsidered by native americans as a natural property meant for all to share. Leaders would typically lend these lands to the native sprovided that they take wahast was needed. National parks are under the control of the federal government for ther resources. The binghamton resevior is a state controlled area for water to be used. It used eminent domain to puproot people from their homes. Un estimanted 40-50 usa states will eventually see water scarcity. Water appears in hebrew bible nearly 600 times. Water is not only a necessity but a cultural key to survival. Israel is the only couintr in the mmmiddle east with a surplus of water despite it being nowhere near any major river. When you have to pay for water, you will be more careful of it.
