Cloning in laboratory is artificial, and there are some methods that are more genuine than others. Isolated sea urchin embryo cells: he pulled apart the cells from one another to make identical animals, grew to sea urchins. 4 main types of cloning: molecular cloning, cellular cloning, to grow identical cells, e. g. , identical skin cells, embryo twining, pulling apart the embryo and getting identical embryos, not always successful, nuclear somatic transfer, true cloning. Make copies of cells to establish cell lines. Used to make human tissue ski(cid:374), heart, et(cid:272) (cid:272)a(cid:374) 3d pri(cid:374)t, (cid:374)ot al(cid:449)ays su(cid:272)(cid:272)essful. Separated into individual cells: basically the simplest method of cloning. Pull apart the embryo so that it can grow into two identical embryos. Nucleus is removed from the unfertilised egg and is replaced by the somatic nucleus. The egg is then shocked by a small amount of electric shock to initiate growth. Then the egg is replanted into the female host.
