Last day: harm principle: nobody can stop you from harming yourself. They may council, suggest, etc. , but ultimately it is your decision. Freedom of speech: some speech can offend religious sensibilities, someone who is not religious makes comments about a certain faith- the faith that they are commenting on has a theory that you never question your faith . If wrong, they lose what is almost a great a benefit. Do you think it would be fair for the government to prohibit and censor pornography if the majority thought pornography was bad: do you consider pornography to be harmful or not, mackinnon- pornography is harmful. Porn is sexually explicit: you would have to rule out anatomy books, you are not going to have anything, no nudity. Feminists have no issues with erotica, just pornography: sexual material is not necessarily pornographic, example- the community sees sex and the city as ok.
