Today"s agenda: replicators vs. vehicles, analytic vs. tass (the autonomous set of system) e. g. a pregnant woman a vehicle for her baby. And that child will in turn, be a vehicle. The person in the capsule designs the vehicle. Robot is an illustration of your vehicle, gene is your being. The robot thinks that its only motive is to preserve the gene. As vehicles we are designed to preserve and pass on our genes. Our behaviour can be structured by certain goals and instantiate our goals which lead to us preserving our genes. Example with the robot and the capsule is similar to the mother and child-birth. We don"t have an option where we can kill our vehicle and the genes surviving. There is a person and there is a robot. The person wants to preserve their genes so essentially it freezes itself. The robot is responsible for taking care of the person.
