So, punctuality across the semester rather than one day. Broad traits predict broad behaviors, narrow traits predict narrow behaviours. So, conscientiousness leads to academic punctuality which means showing up for class on time. People may differ in how they behave across situations but are consistent relative to other people. So, they will always be more extraverted/introverted, but both vary. Personality traits are shown to be stable over long periods of time.
