Find a man - sexually - to find a place to live, food, etc anything. >orphaned girls fare worse than boys - more infected than girls with parents. When girls have no place in a social structure - they will be assaulted & put lower. Rape - not considered rape b/w husband & wife. Less control more babies babies = control/power ~~ inc infant & child death.
