Police should not investigate police, every time they do they are bias and do not really convict them. Consequences of bad policing costs us millions of dollars and even if they lay charges most of them don t even make it to court. Rcmp: for the first time appointed a civilian commissioner, william elliot, the senior officers spoke out that he was a bully and it made front page news around the country and soon after he was replaced. Bob paulson became the new commissioner picked from 3 candidates. Paulson has an alleged claim for bullying the wife of a diplomat when he was kidnapped. Everyone has their own interpretation for the rules of use of force. Reason for problems, police are taking their personal belief system and enforcing it on the street which is wrong. There is justice (people who need the most help get it and deserve it) and there is justice according to law.
