BUSI 1020U Chapter Notes -Videotelephony
Document Summary
Prepare so that you get what you want. Should be at least as formal as the clothing of the person likely to interview you. When the interview is scheduled, ask the person who invites you whether the company has a dress policy. If you"re interviewing for a management or office job, wear a business suit in a conservative colour and a season-appropriate fabric. If you"re interviewing for a position that involves working, visiting or supervising muddy or ditty sites, wear sturdy clothes that suggest you"re willing to get dirty. Decide what you"ll wear, how to get there, and what you"ll bring with you. If you"re going to a place you haven"t been before, do a practice run at the same time of day your interview is scheduled for. On the day of the interview, leave early enough so that you"ll get to the interview 15 minutes early.
