What did you find the least surprising about the movie: people who are happiest have a loving support group (close relationships, idea that money buys happiness isn"t perfectly correct. Money supplies basic needs (food, shelter, etc) but above that the happiness increase is negligent. What did you find the most surprising: in japan, people have increased expectations what hard work ethic is. People dropping dead of exhaustion: more collectivist cultures/lifestyles (i. e. denmark) increase happiness through support and distribution of responsibility but can increase stress.
